General conditions of car rental

1. Age requirement: For groups A,A1,B,C,E,G,H customers must be over 21 years. For groups D,D1,F,I,J over 25 years. All the customers must be credit card holders.
2. Driver´s Licence: Driver must have a valid licence aged at least 12 months.
3. Minimum rental duration: One day ( 24 hours ).Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of daily rate.
4. Insurances: Rental rates include the following coverages: Death or bodily injuries to the third party up to 500.000 €. Property damages to the third party up to 100.000 €. The rented car against fire,theft. For damages to the rented car, the customer is responsible up to the value of the car at the time of the accident, minus 20%.
5. Collision damage waiver (CDW): The renter´s liability for damage to the Santo-Motors vehicle as mentioned above can be reduced to: 350 € for groups A,A1,B,G by paying an additional daily fee of 9 €. 450 € for groups C,D,D1,E by paying an additional daily fee of 12 €. 600 € for groups F,H,I,J,K by paying an additional daily fee of 14 €. Regardless of whether C.D.W has been choosen or not, the renter is liable for the full repair of the damages he may have caused to the underside or to the wheels and tires of the car,or if the damage were due to violations of the Greek Traffic Law.
6. Personal accident insurance (PAI): It is offered at a charge of 5 € per day and covers: a.The driver for death,total or partial permanent disability by traffic accident up to 14.673 €. b.Each passenger for death, total or partial permanent disability by traffic accident up to 5.869 €.
7. Passenger number: The number of the passengers should be the one defined by the car licence. If the car is found with more passengers, it is taken away from the renter and no money is returned for as long as the contract defines.
8. Additional driver: Free of charge.
9. Gasoline: Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.
10. Delivery or collection: Free of charge.
11. Baby seats: Available upon request for children up to three years old.
12. Taxes: All rates include 13% VAT and Municipal taxes.
13. Traffic fines: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are at the renter´s expenses.
14. Ferrying the car: It is only allowed if Santo-Motors authorizes in writing.
15. Road assistance: 24 hours.
16. Availability: Santo-Motors holds the right to dispose different types of cars for the respective models, according to delivery status.

General conditions of scooter rental

1. Age requirement: 18 years. All the customers must be credit card holders.
2. Driver´s Licence: Driver must have a valid licence aged at least 12 months,please notice: a.Citizens of the countries of the EEC need to have either a car or a motorcycle national driving licence. b.Citizens of Greece must have a motorcycle national driving licence. c.Citizens of all the other countries need to have an international driving licence for a motorcycle.
3. Minimum rental duration: One day ( 24 hours ).Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of daily rate.

The rented scooter against fire,theft. For damages to the rented scooter, the customer´s responsibility is reduced to 150€. The renter is liable for the full repair of the damages he may have caused to the underside or to the wheels and tires of the scooter,or if the damage were due to violations of the Greek Traffic Law.
